At Samos Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your collection, our streamlined process makes returns and exchanges effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Samos branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
